Finding ways to lower the stress levels

There are a huge number of people that lost their lives fighting for this great country! I served two tours of duty in an active war zone. I lost several friends and a few family members. I still am forced to deal with the effects of war; Every time there is a loud sound, I guess panic and anxiety. I never sleep at evening and I am always on the alert, every so often I wake up with evening sweats from dreams that I cannot recall. It took a long time for myself and others to confess that I was absolutely having a hard time with PTSD. PTSD is a usual disorder suffered by military veterans. Men and women suffering from PTSD or post-traumatic stress disorder often deal with traumatic thoughts and feelings long after the actual stressor has occurred. This happens for military veterans, rape victims, and others afflicted by a dire or tragic accident; When I later talked to the medical professional about my feelings, she suggested there was plenty of ways to help with the symptoms. The medical professional prescribe cannabis to help with my health problems. I smoked some marijuana in university, even though I did not think that cannabis was going to help with my mental stability. The medical professional gave myself and others some informational pamphlets about medical marijuana and the ways it can work wonders for you. She told myself and others to think about cannabis as a treatment option for my PTSD. I spent more than a few weeks worrying about the decision, before I told the medical professional to write the prescription. I guess much better these afternoons. I still obey the law and I don’t utilize medical cannabis when laboring or driving. It’s absolutely increased my mood, anxiety, and sleeping schedule.
